For AI-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your inputs solely to improve the Service.

User-Generated Content If you submit ideas, comments, or other content (“User Content”) via the Service, you grant Kairomind a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We may remove or moderate User Content at our discretion but are not obligated to do so.

AI and Web3 Disclaimers The Service may incorporate AI tools for idea collaboration and Web3 integrations. Outputs are generated based on algorithms and user inputs; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk. Web3 features (e.g., blockchain interactions) depend on third-party networks; we are not liable for network failures, gas fees, or smart contract vulnerabilities.

User Responsibilities You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws. You may not use the Service to post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.
